I want to open a game server for WOW, can you please advise what server to open for this to the load of 200 people all work steadily. I do not think that when we open will be a big start.

This is not a lot of users. So you can not very powerful server to take. For 200 people will be enough to spend about $ 200-250 dollars a month on servers.
