It's hard to clean up the territory

As you know, in Canada you can get a fine for not shoveling snow in your yard. And in general, it is very important for Canadians to clean their yards. But snow removal is getting harder for me every year because of my health problems. How do you deal with it?

Yes, I've heard of such a law, but I've yet to hear of a fine for it in Calgary. But you're right, a tidy yard is very important to every Canadian. There is such a law, and I've been fined several times... it's not pleasant, of course. And I just didn't have time to clean up...
