Alternative to smoking?

Hey, how do you think. Are there any good alternatives to cigarettes? How can they be replaced, or should i quit completely?

Depends on what you want to achieve? If you want just to replace your cigarettes, then i would suggest you to use vape, i don't know how they work, as i didn't use them. And if you want to quit for sure, then i would recommend you to do this without any substitutions. Maybe you could go to the doctor or find some reliable technology to do this, who know's?

If you want to stop smoking, i can say from my experience that you won't be able to this abruptly fro sure. I think you can try SMOKO E-Cigarettes first. I also use them. It is much cheaper and less harmful for you i think. And as a matter of fact it is not my propaganda or something. The fact that they are less harmful is prooved by Public Health England organization, and i think that this is a realible source of information
