UX companies needed

Rant time: We’ve worked with three ‘user experience companies’ in two years. All they did was slap personas and journey maps on a deck, call it ‘research,’ and ghost us.

Bruh, I’ve been there. Then we found UX Essence Studio . These folks are the anti-thesis of generic user experience companies . For our healthcare app, they didn’t just interview users—they role-played as patients with disabilities to test flows. Imagine designers in wheelchairs navigating our UI IRL to ID barriers we never noticed. They rebuilt our appointment system around cognitive load—chunking steps, adding voice-guided nav, and replacing jargon with plain-language prompts. Result? A 50% drop in missed appointments and users calling it ‘the first app that doesn’t hate me.’ Most user experience companies sell you a report; UX Essence sold us empathy. They even tweaked error messages to sound like a nurse, not a robot. If you want UX that feels human, not just looks it, start here.
