Can I get ERC with 1090 employees through an agency?

Many independent contractors searched the internet for answers to the question, "Can I get ERC with 1099 Employees?" Is this true?

Many large-scale employees have submitted applications since the ERC program was launched when the outbreak struck. However, due to the ERC scam that has impacted countless organizations, the requirements for the ERC program are extremely strict. Unfortunately, according to federal officials, if you are employed as a 1099 employee, you are not eligible for ERC. Only W-2 employees are eligible to apply.
