Quake 2 console font too small

Is it possible to use a larger font for the Quake 2 console?
On a 440dpi display (1920x1080@5";) it's more or less unreadable without magnifying glasses.

If the font can't be changed at runtime, please consider using a larger font for the next build.

I don't think it's possible to change the Quake font easily.

in android go to settings >accessibility> turn on Magnification gestures

press the screen 3 times quickly and you can use pin to zoom!

press 3 times again to go back to normal screen!

microscopes can improve fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Manipulating the microscope’s focus, positioning slides, and making precise adjustments require careful handling and dexterity. These tasks help children refine their motor skills and develop a greater sense of spatial awareness stem science kit. The act of exploring tiny details also sharpens their attention to detail, which can translate into better performance in various academic and everyday tasks.
