Simple Job ($$$ possible ) Unity Prefab Camera Controler

Camera controller system that allows you to walk around head moments.
Examples : The Height or Tuscany Dive

Can anyone provide examples or even provide me with this prefab file , If you can provide one I would be willing to pay.
Please let me know your thoughts?

You could pay $499 for a Sulon 'Cortex' (heh heh). Basically a Dive with position tracking. This is a very hard problem, not something someone can just knock-out for a few bucks.
