Quake 2 issues

Hi, having a lot of trouble installing the data file for Quake 2. Native tools installs with no problems as does the Quake 2 apk, but the 40 mb data file always comes up as 'Error: java.util.zip.ZipException: Not a zip archive' I operate a HTC One M8 running Cyanogenmod 11. I have tried alternative download sources as well as the direct link in the app. I always get the same problem. I hope somebody can advise. Cheers for now.

I have had the same problem.
I think I copied the ftp url and downloaded it on a pc then placed it in the quake folder. (But it was a few months ago.. so I'm not sure)
