New Developer Help Please

I am making good progress on my first Dive Unity app. However, I have a few things I need some help with.

1) I want the user to be able to walk around my world using the look down method on the Tuscany and other apps. I can get auto-walk working, but don't see the green footsteps or red footsteps when I look down. Does anyone know how to get this working?

2) When I build for iOS I get the a 'button' in the centre of the screen. Is appears in white text. What is this for? Can I switch it off?

3) I have an education licence for Unity Pro. Is there anyway to remove the 'Education Version' message in the bottom right corner of the screen. Can I build it with the free version on Unity?

I have a few performance issues on Android, but will work on these a bit more before I post.
