Help Camera faces 180 away from designated object

Hi guys

when I move into a new area, we have a camera transistion. When that lifts I want to direct the Dive_Camera to look at a specific Object.

When I enable Mouse Look in the Editor the code runs fine, however when I disable mouse look and build the scene to test this always results in the cameras facing 180 degrees away from the object.

Flumuxed, as the code works one way and is quite standard essentially

transform.LookAt(target);

I suspect my brain has worked itself into a fuzz and I cannot see the wood for the trees.

Suggestions?
