What vitamins to take to regulate biorhythms?

For disease prevention and general immunity deterioration, what's the best thing to drink? I have become very susceptible to changes in the weather. Can you advise me which are the best to choose, I mean the company? The price is not so important, as long as they are good. Where can I order from?

Earlier I would have told you that if I were you, I would have gone to the pharmacy, yes there looked at the options. But not now, now you can buy everything on the Internet. Buy supplements, there are special ones for regulating biorhythms. If you are going to order, read the reviews for sure.

I do not trust vitamins now, so many fakes, it is better to get them from food than to stuff myself with pills, but that was in the past.

Yes, of course, some of the vitamins can be obtained with food, but it's quite a complicated process. But I am of the opinion that for prevention it is better not to risk and still take a course of good vitamins. If you do not like vitamins, now you can buy a spray. I bought myself an oral spray for regulation of biorhythms https://nanopep.net/products/epitalon-spray/ a relatively inexpensive and quality one from the proven biotech lab nanopep. Read reviews about this spray or look at other vitamins on the website. There are both cheap and more expensive options. I often order online, and I'm almost always satisfied.
