I need your advice on choosing a house in Dubai? What do you think is better to build it there or buy it? My family and I want to move to another country but we do not know which option would be better and cheaper

Hey, I can help you. I have been living in Dubai for 5 years and as soon as I came to this city I could not decide what is better, to build a house or to buy one. I decided to ask some local friends for advice. They told me that the prices of construction materials here are very high because they are delivered across the sea and that it would be cheaper to buy a house and suggested a website https://everhomes.ae/off-plan/apartments-for-sale/where I saw a villa that I really liked. The next day I went to see it and fell in love with the house. It is very spacious, there are 4 bedrooms, large kitchen and terrace with a swimming pool. I liked the house so much that I didn't even want to change or repair it.

Hi, I can't help you with this because I always rent apartments and I don't have my own property yet, but I think it's better to buy a ready-made house because construction can take several years.
