The biggest pro is definitely the price—you can score some serious deals if you know what to look for. Just make sure to do a thorough inspection (even if it's just through detailed photos) and account for potential repair costs. As for sites, Copart and IAAI are the big names I’ve used, but definitely keep an eye on the fees.
If you decide to go through with it, make sure you’ve got a plan for getting the car home. Last time I got one, I used https://www.a1autotransport.com/ to ship it over, and they handled everything really well, especially considering it wasn’t in running condition.
