I would like to introduce this app

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... .simplefpv

If you have 2 Smartphones (maybe borrow one from your friend) and this app on both smartphones, the live preview of the cam is transfered from one to the other. So it's possible to control a rc car or something else via FPV.

I intend it more to control ground vehicles, but it was even possible to control my quadrocopter a couple of days before:

The weather getting warm and there is more fun to use the app on the copter. I also put a fisheye lens on my SGS2 to have a better view.

You can choose to connect both phones with wifi-direct or use a router. I used wifi-direct on the flight and the max distance was 50m. On another test with a rc car (and wifi-direct) I got about 70m. But if you use a extra router and a directional antenna, it should be possible to have more distance.

Have stereo view with 3 phones is not easy, because you have to synchronize both views.
