Cmoar Virtual Cinema on Google Play

There is a Virtual Cinema application created by Cmoar team on Google Play.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Cmoar.CmoarVirtualCinema&hl=pl

It should also work with Durovis Dive. What do you think about it?

I wish that these apps could play Youtube or Netflix. I don't have videos on my phone. Also, this doesn't work well on my S3, but I blame the phone, not the app.

(Galaxy S4)I don't know why but, the view is slowly spinning around, even when I am sitting still.
Calibration does not help.
But I had the same problem in another VR cinema (GO SHOW).
Does anyone know why?

This is caused by sensors implementation.

They update this app quite often so it is possible that in some version it will work perfectly.

Now i can see "- Fixed sensors calibration bug" in google play page so you should try again. For me it is working well (galaxy S4).

can you change seats? I saw from the screenshots that you are on the front row... I never even tried to move! It feels like a rip off of the goshow app... the remote and hands free buttons are exactly the same. The big difference is the theater which is leaps and bounds better on cmoar!! It's a little too bright in the theater, but it definitely feels like you are staring at a huge screen.

I would love to see xbmc or plex integration into one of these virtual cinema apps!

Im working on my own cinema app (because i like movies, and i wanted to be able to create a app which fits all my needs)Sadly youtube wont happen soon, imho. The only "official" way on implementing it, is like vr player did, but this uses the gdata API, which just gives you an very low res (realy very low res, unusable!) video stream. To get the normal mp4 links for better quality, some more knowledge and some hackery code ist requires. Which i got to work but seems like google(google owns youtube)doesnt like it, so i wont risk loosing my developer acc for publishing it on playstore. Tho, VIMEO is implemented, and instead of youtube im going to add support for putlocker/firedrive and streamcloud links.

For netlfix, public API ist going to be retired:
http://developer.netflix.com/blog/read/ ... Public_API

So netflix wont happen too :/

When I'm in the front row, the stage turns black in my left eye only. Very disorientating.
