Hi everyone,

So I've been working on a much improved version of my sci-fi game and as requested I am doing away with using the right stick to rotate the player and using look to turn instead, the problem is I really cannot get it to work properly. Can anyone tell me how to do this please, I've tried making the the first person controller a child of the dive camera but it just goes bananas.

There I put an script that added to player rotate form joystick, and from head tracking together if you are using dive script "open dive sensor". In this way, you select the direction to walk adding movement from joystick with movement from head tracking. To use the script you need to modified InputNamar (Edit + Project Setting + Input) to add "RHorizontal" to use 3 axis, for this duplicate "Horizontal" rename it to "RHorizontal" and change Axi from X axi to 3 axis.

If you want to separate movements, and get direction front joystick, and use head only to look around but without change movement direction, you cant try to put camera into an object into player, I try this approach and work for me. But you need to make some change on InputNamar (Edit + Project Setting + Input) and modified Mouse X to use axis 3, and type Joystick axis. And then add Player object to Rotation_gameobject in Open Dive Sensor. With this you can use horizontal right joystick to rotate, and head to look arroung, but you can get drift if you play sitting.
