Thanks to our backers, we were able to make ourselves familiar with the possibilities offered by 360 materials and the very devices that are compatible with them, such as for example 360Cam.

We decided to personally find out what experiences we can obtain by using 360 materials when combined with Cmoar and our 2D or 3D lens. The effect definitely exceeded our expectations so we want to share it with you

I've been waiting anxiously for someone to release an app that does this, and I have to say I'm very excited to see it came from CMOAR!! I love your VR Theatre app, and expect nothing but the best from this one as well! I'll be buying the Pro version ASAP!

Would you be able to direct me to various reliable sources for 360 degree video content?

While searching on my own for content, I came across this page:

You say you'll be releasing an update to support 3d 360, but when I play the videos from the above link they are already supported and are in 3d!!

That being said, I had also already found those panocam videos and they didn't seem to work properly at all, it looked like there were two instances of the video one on top another with a black gap between them at eye level. I really hope the upcoming update fixes this!

The videos on kolor.com are not 3d, as there is only one video sphere and not two.
If you play them in a normal player like mx and compare with vids from panocam3d you will see what I talk about.
That being said, I like the jetfighter vid from kolor.com!

@nente002 Thanks for clarifying, I was going based off of what it felt like watching them, but upon a more thorough review I see that I was wrong about the kolor videos being 3d. They are, however, wonderful quality and thereby gave me a false sense of 3d immersion when coupled with this app.

@prospergames I am anxiously awaiting the update, and have already downloaded plenty of the panocam videos to watch as soon as it's available. I've been checking the playstore periodically and still have yet to see the update available.

I have the same, it kinda looks 3d. I guess your mind makes it like that.
Can you imagine how mind blowing a real 3d vid is going to be
Lets hope the guys @cmoar pull it of!

I've been checking the playstore at least ten times a day in anticipation of this update! I can't wait to experience true 3D 360 video done right!

Sorry, it takes so long but we need to implement a completely new video player to support most of the 360 movies format.

We hope that the update will appear later today.

Ps. 360 3D effect is mind blowing
