Sony Xperia Z

I tried the Q2 Demo yesterday, and i have to say this is - at full resolution - an absolutely stunning performance. I would've never expected the sensors to be THIS fast. Awesome. Now we need content. Please?

Hi, I just printed the frame and installed the hight demo and the rollercoster. Both work great on my Xperia Z, but sometimes I have a strange rotation drifting in both apps. It seems like the gyro is giving wrong information so that the view direction always turns back to the original direction when first started. That behaviour really makes me dizzy in my head. When I stop and close the app, it works after some tries. Does anyone know what's the matter?

I have noticed this before. There is a problem of how the sensor chip is implemented by Sony. Thats really bad and they need to fix it. There is some automatic calibration going on and afterwards the gyro is mixed with the magnetometer sensor. This is wrong. Gyro must always stay Gyro.
