Dive as augmented reality system

On the dive the cam of the smartphone is not hidden. If it's possible to build an adapter like this:

it should also be possible to see on the cam preview as 3d and enhance it with smartphone generated content.
Unfortunately the above adapter is not available. But I think it should be possible to build such an adapter with 2-4 small mirrors and a 3d printer.

Or does anyone know how to purchase a similar adapter?
