Mind blowing.
I have only made it past the first level, which I did find to be a bit frustrating at times. The second however is hands down one of the best android vr experiences I've had so far. I felt a strong sense of presence and was actually trying to dodge left and right in order to avoid being crushed. Can't wait to see what the game brings next, as well what your next projects will be. Keep it up please!DBall

Aww sad to see that those are the only two levels of the game right now but I thoroughly enjoyed them and I'm sure I'll be coming back to this demo many more times

Okay, I just finally got around to trying this out. I had tried the demo and it was pretty cool. I don't know what happened between the demo and this version but I beat the demo level on my first try, and this version took me forever to beat the first level and I'm just glad that my kids weren't around because I was swearing like a sailor. When I played the demo, if I just stopped and stood still when the world started breaking apart I was fine, but now I get tossed back and dropped and sometimes thrown all the way back to the beginning of the level. There are no obvious safe zones in the first level, so it's just maddening trial and error. Also, the bridge at the end is too long. It would be fine if standing on that spaceship or whatever it is was a safe spot, but as it is you get halfway across the bridge and it starts busting up then the pieces of the bridge hit you and you go flying off the level.
I'm glad I stuck it out though because the second level is great. It too could use some work in making some sort of pattern for the path of the balls so that it was skill and not sheer luck that gets the player through the level, but somehow it wasn't as frustrating on the second level and the immersion was so good that I didn't mind having to do it over and over again.
I don't want to give the wrong impression. I think the game is good. The idea is really cool and well implemented, especially in the second level. But while playing I couldn't help thinking how with some changes (I want to say minor changes, but I don't actually know how hard it would be to make them) it could be better than a good game, it could be a great game. It could be a game worth paying for. Especially if more levels are forthcoming. I also thought that some power ups could be cool. Like temporary invincibility. The ability to jump higher, or fly for a period of time. I wanted to suggest being able to break the boulders in the second level, but I think that would be really hard to do.
Anyway, I liked the game a lot, which is why I'm talking so much about it. I don't want it to see like I'm being harsh or anything, just trying to give honest feedback that might help make a good game better.dboxvr

Oh wow
I found i way to add the headtracking rotation to the controller rotation. I am searching for weeks for a solution but i am not an programmer. I just do 3D modeling and animation.
Can you please tell me how you did this or maybe share your VR controller prefab with us?futurgirl

I tryed this method before but the problem is, if I'm rotating the camera with the controller, the walk direction didn't match with the view direction and the Player is not walking forward.
Koshuke made it perfectly but i can't figure out how he did itfuturgirl

with the script that I posted there, the movement from joystick it added to movement from head tracking, and the walk direction is always in look at direction.

It is just twisting like hell
I'm using a xboc 360 controller. So the RHorizontal axis should be the 4th-axis on the pad. [url]http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=Xbox360Controller[url]

But I will try to fix it, because I have seen that in one scene I get twisting too, but the same script in angrybotsVR work perfectly.
If you get this working well, please post it here, I will do the same if I get a solution to "twisting".jpslara
