Detecting Accelerometer Tilt

This seems like it should be simple, but I'm having trouble finding a solution online.

When you use the Google Cardboard app, there seems to be basically two 'commands'

1) the equivalent of a screen tap
2) tilting the device sideways (which for the google apps is like 'quit')

What would be the Unity code with the Dive plugin for reading the sideways accelerometer tilt?
