Hello everyone.

I’m in the early stages of selling my home and looking for advice on selecting the best real estate agent. If I’m specifically searching for a real estate agent Toronto-based, what key questions should I ask? Should I focus on their sales record in the city, or is it more important to understand their marketing strategies and negotiation skills? 

How upfront should I be about discussing their commission fees, and are there any common red flags to watch for? I’d appreciate any insights or experiences from others who have gone through this process.
