way to calculate TDEE

Friends, I decided to take the issue of nutrition more seriously. I want to calculate exactly how many calories I need to stay in shape. Can anyone suggest a good calculator for calculating TDEE? I want to understand what to base my diet on.

Recently I started seriously preparing for a marathon, and one of the important points was proper nutrition. To do this, I needed to calculate TDEE to know exactly how many calories to consume daily. In my search, I came across tdee calculator online, which literally gave me accurate data in a few minutes. Now I am confident in my nutrition, and the results of training have become much better. A great tool for anyone who monitors their weight and health!
