Mercedes Brake Pads Replace Question

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on replacing brake pads for my Mercedes. I’ve noticed a bit of squeaking lately, and I want to ensure I do it right. Is there a specific type of brake pad that works best for Mercedes models, or can I use generic ones? I’ve heard that using original equipment manufacturer (OEM) pads is essential for performance and safety. 

Also, are there any DIY tips for the replacement process? I want to make sure I don’t damage anything while doing the job.
