FDA Approval for Skincare Brands

FDA Approval for Skincare Brands

Hey everyone, I’m working on launching my own skincare line and I keep hearing about needing FDA approval or something like that. I’m not totally clear on what that means for me—does anyone have experience with this? What’s actually required to make sure my products are all good to go for the US market?

So, for skincare products, it's not exactly about getting "approval" from the FDA, but you do need to make sure your brand is compliant with FDA cosmetics regulations. This covers everything from the ingredients you're using to how you're labeling your products. The whole idea is to ensure your stuff is safe for consumers and meets all the legal requirements for selling in the US. If you’re not super familiar with the process, the Disqover team can really help you out. They know their way around FDA cosmetics rules and can guide you through everything, so you don’t miss any crucial steps. It makes things a lot smoother and keeps your launch drama-free!
