Emergency Appliance Fixes

Hey everyone, I’m in a jam. My fridge just stopped cooling, and my freezer is starting to defrost. I’ve got a ton of groceries in there, and I can’t afford to lose them. I need to get this fixed ASAP, but I don’t even know where to start. Has anyone been in this situation before and found a quick solution? Any advice would be a lifesaver right now.
