I know I said I would try to have the update ready by this weekend. I am almost done. I have already finish the 2d mode that is incorporated within the game so now you can switch your viewing preference. Also I have greatly reduced the amount of processing power needed to run the game. This will allow the devices that crashed unexpected while playing will now work with ease. I have one more thing to optimize before I publish this update and then I will be working on more features.
I can't wait to share!!!

In this update you can now play in 2d and 3d. Also this version is highly optimized!!!

for the devices that weren't working at all before should be working by the morning. I have just released an other update. I am now using the durovis SDK and all 3 of my androids work now. Be sure to download the app sometime tomorrow

So the new update was a success. Ive gotten a ton of new downloads
There is another update coming hopefully by the end of the week that will add a storyline to the game completing episode 1. The story line will have to be triggered based on your score. Once you have destroyed enough asteroids an event will trigger moving on to the next phase. There will also be more guns to choose from as well. Also I am going to start working on episode 2. Once Episode 2 is in beta I will include the second episode as a in game download for early access.

New update for protect the planet was released this morning, go update or download for the first time. This update supports more devices, has more sfx, more graphics, explosions, more music, and the difficulty builds slower.
