Horizon demo for new game

Hi everyone,

I've been working on a new game for some time now and have pretty much completed the opening level.
Please take a look and see what you think.
There is still plenty of polishing to be done (intro scene, voice over etc).
I am planning on pushing g forward with this now if it's something people like.
Standard unity keyboard controls are used which I have mapped to a moga power controller.

justed tested out good job so far i hope you continue with it.

i was a bit freaked out as i went walking through the level i thought some alien/monster was gonna jump out because its very dark in some places.

bug
(i walked trough a wall at spawn and fell off playing area i think)

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, I do appreciate it.
I'm glad you like it so far. My focus up until now has been on the level mapping and environment, I want it to be scary and creepy. Once you complete the first task and gain access to the rest of the ship you will if you walk around for a while come across something there are also a few audio triggers around the map.
Interesting about the bug you reported, I will look into that.
I will update the link in a week or so with a completed and polished first level.

also which version of unity are you using pro or free?

I'm using Unity free at the moment. This is the first time I've ever tried anything like this, I'm a complete beginner, fortunately there are plenty of free tutorials for unity and java scripting on the Web lol.

cool thats good to hear because ive been thinking about trying to make a game but didnt want to handover money for pro and then fail

Great mate, but you should add rotation left and right with the Gamepad stick like i did in my game: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ONCZJ84
so you don't need to turn around to look back, if you need any code help to make it work, plz contact me.
