Head tracking not working?

Head tracking not working?

I'm using the plug-in with Unity 4 (latest) and a Nexus 5. Is anyone else having trouble getting the head tracking to work?
The Dive demos off of the PlayStore work, but on my own builds the head tracking does not work at all. Am I missing something?
