It's not 100% lagless but very close. I installed Limelight on my HTC One and then paired it with my PC. Make sure Tridef is running and on the app select start streaming. It will only work with Steam games though.

The biggest issue with streaming from the PC is the resolution. The fix above doesn't work as games just crash when you try to run at 960x1080 or something. Would be nice if Tridef eventually add support for mobile devices so the resolution/aspect ratio is corrected.

so i finally got my dive and could try it out :)
So far the bottleneck is really the streaming quality to the Phone.

I tried TwomonUSB, but the App does not recognize the Computer Client and is unable to connect :(
Splashtop is working.. not good, but working.

Regarding Splashtop: All Tutorials say, that you need to install Splashtop THD. This version is not supported for my nexus 5 and i cant install it. How did you bypass this?
So im using Splashtop Remote 2 at the moment. Is the THD Version really better? As far as i know its the "old" Splashtop 1.x release..

First of, congrats for receiving your dive ;)
Then, no, the improvements that THD had over the 1.x normal version were merged into the 2.x version which is the current version of Splashtop. It was quite hard to find that info and I really can't remember where I found it in the end ;)

Does FreePie barely work for anyone else? like the movement isn't 1:1, I look to the side and is just goes off in a random direction if it moves at all

I can video what mine is like later but it's pretty good. Everything moves as it should but there is a delay (due to it being streamed) that I don't think can be removed but it's fairly small.
